Andres is a Second Generation Immigrant that came to the United States in 1997 at the Age of 10. Upon graduating High School in 2006 and becoming a Permanent Resident Andres enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served with honors till July 2014.

During his 8 years of active duty Andres participated in multiple operations around the world training with the 1st Marine Division 5th Marine Regiment Alpha Company in other countries like Guam, Maldives, Dubai, Jebel-Ali, Kuwait, Bahrain,Africa, and Australia. In one occasion he had the opportunity to train alongside the Maldivian Army, all while deployed on the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit from 2007 -2008

Andres had the honor to be deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom on 2 separate deployments in 2009 and again in 2011. During both deployments to a combat zone Andres gained real life experience which he uses today in teaching civilians on how to properly defend one self, home, and business.

From 2014 to 2016 Andres served with Fox Battery 2/14 a reserved unit in Oklahoma City, OK. as well working in retail stores like Best Buy, Sprint, and T-Mobile all while still serving with a Marine Corps Unit.

Andres currently is the Chief Instructor with a company called Practical Preparedness which deals with safety, readiness and every day survivor. As of now the company has multiple course curriculum and is the first Practical Application Self Defence Company  that teaches the Real Estate world  and has the course approved by OREC, Oklahoma Real Estate Commision. Practical Preparedness is the only approved vendor for Oklahoma City Public Schools that deals with School Safety Precaution and Readiness and Firearms Training.
