Chante Sourignavong serves in the Workforce & Economic Development Team as a Program Consultant for Moore Norman Technology Center since March 2022. She has been with MNTC for 16 years and in Career Tech Education for over 18 years.

As a Program Consultant, she is building relations with other business professionals through networking, supporting businesses with customized training, and industry certification to promote Workforce and Economic Development.

Chante obtained her MBA with an emphasis in Accounting from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in February 2022.

Chante serves as Treasurer of the Greater OKC Asian Chamber of Commerce.

When she is not spending time with her friends and family. She has volunteered with Eve Ministry and local women's group by mentoring women in the adult entertainment businesses to transition from their former lifestyle and profession. She has served the Laotian community as a liaison and translator dealing with US Immigration, Court Cases, and Internal Revenue Services.

She has two children, ages 18 & 16, and a dog named Oscar.
