Justin Le was born and raised in Vietnam and migrated to the United States in 2000 when he was eleven years old. Justin pursued an information technology career after high school and has earned many professional IT certifications from CISCO (CCNP), COMPTIA, Avaya, Intel, Microsoft and VMWARE. He then worked for Cisco Systems and Cox Communications for a combination of nine years as a Network Administrator before starting his entrepreneurship in 2019 by opening  Allure Nails Spa of Norman located in University Town Center with his wife, Phoebe. They provide high quality nail care services to the City of Norman.

Justin also ventured into Real Estate Investing full time since the Covid era, where he became a General Contractor that specified in residential construction services and also invested in short term, mid term, and long term rental properties in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan area. One major real estate business milestone that Justin accomplished was reaching a rental portfolio of 25 properties in just one year. He also doesn't see himself slowing down until he reaches 100 properties.

Being an entrepreneur with very little starting capital, Justin truly understands the struggle of cash flow and business hardship. His mission at the Greater Oklahoma City Asian Chamber of Commerce is to help current and future business owners to leverage their local resources and develop strategic plans to stabilize their business goals. His favorite quote is, “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard,” as quoted by Tim Notke.

Justin and his wife love traveling, especially in their RV (Recreational Vehicle) with their young daughter, Jaslyn. Their traveling goal is to explore all 50 states by wheel before 45 years old. They believe that the business’s sole purpose is to provide them financial freedom so that they can spend time with family, friends, and enjoy life.
