Scarlet Le-Cao is the Executive Vice President and co-owner of Omega Investments with her husband, Nathan Cao. 

The real estate and development company Omega Investments was established in 2008 and has renovated over 700 properties. They own and operate an investment portfolio of residential and commercial properties. 

Historic homes renovation and urban in-fill developments are Scarlet’s passion. Scarlet is in charge of planning, managing the renovations and new builds from planning, construction, design and furnishings through the company’s Modern Touch by Omega’s renovation department. Some of her passion projects include McKinley Row, La Bella Event Center, New Saigon apartment, etc. 

She is also the owner of La Bella Event Center and is in charge of Omegabnb which is a furnished short-term and mid-term rentals. 

Le-Cao has a master’s degree in international business and a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Oklahoma State University. 

Her honors include receiving The Journal Record’s Women of the Year in 2018 and the iON Oklahoma’s NextGen Under 30 Award. 

Scarlet Le-Cao serves on the council committee of the Governor Minority Business Council. She also is a member of the Urban Land Institute. She serves as Learning Chair for Entrepreneur Organization and is the President of the Greater Oklahoma City Asian Chamber of Commerce. 

Scarlet and her husband, Nathan, have three young children – Marcus (7) and Elizabeth (5) and Henry (1). She loves her pets including 2 dogs at home - Booney & Bailey and her office cat Pepsi.
